Moses is the visionary behind it all, and is passionate about empowering his community to become sustainable through quality education. He is driven by his own experience of being sponsored and uses his experience to ensure LCF encompasses all important aspects of sponsorship.

Mumma Racheal is a qualified primary school teacher who has a desire to support children with disabilities. Racheal brings a wealth of knowledge to the team! Racheal believes that every child, no matter their differences, deserves a right to education.

You often will find Uncle Stephen at the school until dark and on the weekends, ensuring the boarding students are happy. Stephen grew up in a poverty stricken community and saw first-hand how difficult it is to receive a quality education. He is passionate about ensuring the school is self-sufficient and sustainable. 

As a long term sponsor parent, Sam is committed to ensuring our admin runs efficiently. She was touched by the lives of our children and families when visiting Uganda in 2019. Her experience in admin and passion for LCF makes her such a great asset to our team. 

Dione is from rural New Wales and co-founded LCF in 2015. She is most passionate about fighting poverty through education. She ensures LCF children receive a private quality education.

Aunty Dorcas is a qualified
social worker and secondary grade teacher. Children are at the heart of everything Dorcas does. With her qualification as a social worker, Dorcas also has a very big heart for children with special needs. 
 

Uncle David is a qualified social worker and passionate about providing our children and their families with practical support, counselling, information and emotional support. In his previous work at a HIV/AIDS prevention group, David also ran programs for our families to offer support and education.

Chloe first visited Uganda in 2019 where she grew a passion for LCF and began her sponsor parent journey. As a Speech Pathology student, she is particularly passionate about raising awareness for our children at Hearts of Hope school and helping LCF grow to its full potential. 

Anna grew up in rural New South Wales and works as a speech pathologist. She has extensive experience working with people with disabilities and is particularly passionate about touching the lives of people with special needs in Uganda.

Aunty Celina is a qualified secondary grade teacher. Celina has worked in a range of different projects and brings years of experience with her. She is involved in administration and handles all of the finances ensuring all of the money is appropriately distributed.

Belinda is a Ugandan-Australian actor and voice-over artist. She has a heart for helping those who are lost and broken. She is passionate about seeing people have hope and a sustainable future.
