Mamma Ruth is one of our fabulous matrons at Hearts of Hope. Ruth is 51 years old and a single mother with 3 children. She is the matron for the boys boarding house. Her job involves washing sheets and making beds, as well as dressing and bathing the children at Hearts of Hope. She also supports the children by feeding them if they are unable to feed themselves. You will often find her in the playground playing and laughing with all of our special children. Being a matron is such an important role as they truly are a mother to our children.
